HAMA Supporter Terms & Conditions
The Supporter listing will be hosted on the HAMA website accessed by our members for 2 full years at a cost of $4,000 with no requirement to renew. Your listing will be under a specific category of services your company provides and include your contact information so that our members can interact with you directly to obtain more information. Supporters will need to list three current HAMA member referrals on their application. Tiered pricing will be offered to Supporters who are listed in more than one category.
All applications will be treated in a confidential manner and will be reviewed and responded to within 90 days. HAMA has sole discretion to approve or deny an application. If approved, payment of the $4,000 supporter fee must be paid to HAMA in full prior to being added to the supporter listing.
- You acknowledge that approval of your listing by HAMA does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or endorsement by HAMA of your services. Further, HAMA makes no recommendations, suggestions, or exhortations regarding the conduct of its members or others in areas or activities addressed by the supporter listing.
- All such liabilities, including special, indirect, orconsequential damages, are expressly disclaimed. You specifically undertake to indemnify and hold HAMA harmless from any loss or damage (or claim thereof), including reasonable attorneys’ fees resulting from such participation; provided such loss or damage was not caused solely by HAMA’s gross negligence or willful act.
- HAMA conducts its supporter program in compliance with all applicable laws, including antitrust laws, and the guidance provided by the United States Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. All companies and individuals should conduct their activities based on independent business judgement.
- HAMA reserves the right to modify or discontinue its supporter program at any time. You agree that HAMA shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the program.
