HAMA Board of Directors is not requiring proof of the COVID-19 vaccine to attend the Spring 2022 Conference; however HAMA is strongly encouraging that all attendees be fully vaccinated to ensure the safety of the conference participants. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention defines “fully vaccinated” as two weeks after receiving a second shot of a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna), or two weeks after the single-dose Johnson& Johnson vaccine.

In order to have an understanding of vaccination levels among attendees, we are surveying all attendees to determine their vaccination status. Providing this information is voluntary and it will not be stored, maintained or used by HAMA other than for the foregoing purpose. HAMA appreciates your cooperation with this survey:


  I am fully vaccinated.

  I am partially vaccinated, but will be fully vaccinated in time for the conference.

  I am not vaccinated, but plan to do so before the conference.

  I am unvaccinated.

COVID-19 SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:

I understand that the Hospitality Asset Managers Association (HAMA) is working with the event venue and vendors to follow recommended CDC, state, and local guidelines for the safety and health of the attendees and their guests. I will be expected to and will abide by these guidelines. By attending the HAMA Spring 2022 Conference in person, however, I acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to, and resulting illness from, COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present, and that given the nature of COVID-19, the protocols put in place by the Margaritaville Beach Resort and HAMA may still be insufficient to prevent the risk of infection or serious illness or death. By attending the conference, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 which may occur while attending the conference. With full knowledge of these risks, I agree not to hold HAMA or any of their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, or volunteers liable for any illness or injury resulting from COVID-19, and that I waive, release and discharge each and all of them from any and all claims for any loss, damage, injury or death due to COVID-19, that may be sustained by me as a result of or relating in any way to my attendance at the Spring 2022 conference.
